We offer monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly service for general pest control for our clients. Service includes the exterior of your home as well as the interior and exterior of your garage. It also includes 2 free interior services a year. We are available for move out inspections and service, one time service and seasonal service (March through November)..

Termite Inspections and Treatment

Due to the environment here in Southern Arizona we have several kinds of termites. Most commonly we see subterranean and drywood termites. Termites can cause an incredible amount of damage if left untreated. We offer professional termite inspections to identify termite damage and help to develop a plan to eliminate the termites. We also do inspections when purchasing a home or for refinance.

Exclusion Work

Regular pest control service treats existing pest issues. Pest exclusion focuses on preventing pests from entering your home. Exclusion work is the process of finding interior and exterior problem areas and sealing them before pests take up residence in your home. This can include sealing around pipes, improperly sealed vents, screening off areas to prevent entry and weather stripping around doors and windows.

The last thing you want to hear are tiny feet running through your attic or walls! Even if you are not sure what it is, give us a call and schedule an inspection. We specialize in customizing a specific plan for each of our clients. After a thorough inspection we will write a proposal for population control as well as exclusion work. Exclusion work is key in keeping unwanted mice or rats from entering your home.

Bee Eradication

Arizona is home to several types of bees; generally we see domestic honeybees, carpenter bees and Africanized honeybees. When you observe a swarm of bees gathering around your home chances are they will move on within 2-3 days. They are generally looking for a new home. If you are concerned about an active hive, call us and we can schedule a time to come to your home. We are available to eradicate them and remove the comb as needed. Upsetting a beehive can be dangerous. Do not attempt to eradicate bees on your own.

Wildlife Trapping and Relocation

When dealing with wildlife on your property, it is safest to let professionals handle it. We are licensed with Arizona Game and Fish and offer live trapping as well as relocation services for skunks and squirrels. Exclusion work may be necessary to keep them out of attics and crawl spaces. Call for an inspection and we can put together a proposal to safely prevent them from getting into your home.

This also includes the eaves of your home as well as the interior and exterior of your garage. We treat the interior of your home at the initial service and we also offer to service the inside 2 other times during the year at no charge.

Meet The Expert

I am an Arizona native and have lived in Sierra Vista since 1989. My wife Kris and I are blessed to have our 3 children and 4 grandchildren living here in southern Arizona.

I have been working in pest control for 18 years and currently hold licenses for:

General Pest Control
Termite Inspections and Treatment
Turf and Ornamental
Right of Way (weeds) 
Wildlife Trapping and Relocation. 

I take part in continuing education classes every year to maintain my licenses and to stay current with changes in laws and regulations.

My wife and I enjoy hiking and volunteering with our church and Good Neighbor Alliance.  Collecting Hot Wheels has been my passion for over 20 years.
